Investment & Fundraising
Support for investment review, investor communication, fundraising strategy, and strategic investment discussions.
Saesaem Partners is an independent advisory practice based in Seoul, bringing practical judgment to investment, corporate finance, and Korea-focused strategic opportunities.
Seoul-based. Founder-led. Selective by design.
Saesaem Partners is a Seoul-based independent advisory practice built on hands-on experience across investment, corporate finance, strategy, and cross-border transactions.
We support companies, investors, and market participants in situations where practical judgment, transaction experience, and a clear understanding of context can make a meaningful difference.
We are not structured as a full-service advisory firm. Instead, we work selectively on matters where our experience and perspective are directly relevant.
Our work is shaped by the nature, timing, and context of each project. Selected areas include:
Support for investment review, investor communication, fundraising strategy, and strategic investment discussions.
Advisory support for M&A, financing, transaction structuring, and corporate finance-related projects.
Practical support for growth strategy, business development, partnerships, and Korea-related strategic initiatives.
Training and workshops on investment practice, strategic investment, transaction process, corporate finance, and investor communication.
Saesaem Partners is led by Jiwung Choi, who brings over 15 years of experience across equity research, corporate finance, startup strategy, investor relations, and private equity investment.
His work has involved listed companies, financial institutions, growth-stage businesses, cross-border acquisitions, strategic investments, and communication with institutional investors.
This background allows Saesaem Partners to approach projects with an understanding of both company-side realities and investor-side expectations.
We do not aim to cover every type of advisory work.
We focus on selected projects where independent thinking, financial judgment, and real transaction experience are relevant.
Our work starts with practical questions: what matters, what is realistic, what should be prioritized, and how a decision may be viewed by companies, investors, or strategic partners.
Perspective shaped by experience across companies, financial institutions, and investors.
Clear analysis, direct communication, and decision-oriented support.
Advice grounded in the specific situation, stakeholders, constraints, and timing of each project.
